Updated Customer Content Backup System

We are announcing an updated content backup system that makes hourly on-site back ups to your content. This is just one more safety step that we have taken to ensure that no data is ever lost, and that we are able to minimize any potential future downtime. This back up system is in addition to our weekly off-site back ups that we have been doing since the very beginning.

We currently include the following services to ensure data is maintained:

Overnight back-ups of the database both on and off site
Hourly customer content backups on-site (different server)
Weekly off site backup of all customer content
